These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wj33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the wj33 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://wj33.cam and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or affiliated services.

4.2 Account Security

6.2 Currency

All real-money Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of wj33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wj33 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. wj33's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wj33 is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays, bank processing windows, or system outages affecting Malaysian financial institutions including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

wj33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request
• Evidence of underage gambling or use of false identity information
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Ongoing investigation into Account activity

Upon Account closure, wj33 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) within 10 business days to the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wj33 holds its international online gaming licence.
